CALCULATOR
Autónomo cuota calculator 2026
Estimate your monthly Social Security contribution (cuota) as a self-employed autónomo in Spain, based on your net income and the tarifa plana flat rate.
Registering as autónomo means paying a monthly cuota to the Seguridad Social, based on your net income under the RETA system. New autónomos usually get a reduced flat rate (tarifa plana) for their first 12 months if eligible, then move to the standard income-based brackets. This calculator estimates both using the official 2026 RETA table.
Calculate your cuota
Enter your net profit after first adding back your paid Social Security (RETA) contributions to your tax net profit, then applying the RETA flat-rate expense deduction: 7% for most autónomos, or 3% only if you're a company administrator/majority shareholder registered under that regime for ≥90 days this year (LGSS art. 308.1.c). Example: €1,600 tax net profit + €300 paid RETA cuota = €1,900, then ×0.93 (7% deduction) = €1,767. If you're unsure which percentage applies to you, confirm with a gestor or the Seguridad Social before entering a figure — skipping the contribution add-back, or using the wrong percentage, can put you in the wrong bracket.
Estimate only, based on the 2026 income-based RETA table (Orden PJC/297/2026, RDL 3/2026). Your actual cuota depends on your chosen contribution base and is subject to yearly regularización by the Seguridad Social. Not tax or legal advice.
